You can find the invoice number and/or account number on the invoice we sent.
Can I make a smaller payment?
Yes! You can choose to pay at whatever value and intervals you choose. Each payment must be at least $1 please.
Un-paid balances?
We do not report your un-paid balance history to any credit reporting agencies.
What if I can't afford the payment?
If you cannot afford to pay the cost share, but need the medical supplies, please use our online hardship form e-signed via Hellosign app.
Secondary insurance?
If you have a secondary insurance, they may pay your cost share. Please call (855) 281-2727 or email us at costshare@cpapmedical.com to have us electronically submit the claims to your secondary insurance.
